Account
1. When I sign up, a message saying my email is in use. Why?
This means that your e-mail was used for registration before. If you have forgotten the password, click on the Forgot Password link.

2. I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Click on the Sign In link above. After that, click Forgot Password. Fill in the required fields and follow the instructions. An activation link will be sent to you email.

 

Shipping
1. What shipping method do you provide?
We basically have 3 types of shipping method: Express, Standard, Surface Mail.

2. Are there any restriction on these shipping method?
Yes. Express does not ship weapons. Standard does not ship long items. Surface Mail is only for orders weighting at 50kg or more.

3. How long do I need to wait for the items ordered to reach me?
This depends on the country you are residing in. If there are no dispute from Paypal, we will normally ship the items within 1 or 2 working days. Depending on your location, Express shipping will normally take 3 - 6 working days. Standard shipping will normally take 14 - 20 working days. Surface Mail will normally take 60 - 90 working days.

 

Payment
1. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Credit Card payments.

2. How can I pay with my Credit Card?
On Checkout, click pay with Paypal. At the Paypal Sign In page, click Pay with Credit Card. Fill in all required fields and proceed with the payment procedure.

3. The connection was interupted when I click on the Pay Now button at Paypal. Did my payment went through?
(i) For Paypal payments, we advice you to login to your Paypal account and check the history to see if there is any amount deducted from your balance.
(ii) For Credit card payments, we advice you to check with your local Bank issuer of your Credit Card.
Note: You should also receive a receipt of your orders via e-mail when payment was made successfully. If you payment was made but no receipt was received, please send us an e-mail with your orders detail.

 

Orders
1. How can I be qualified for the 10% discount on my first purchase?
First, you will need to be registered as a member. Sign in to your account, choose the items to purchase and proceed to checkout. Make sure you are signed in.

2. How can I track my orders through the website?
You must be a member in order to track your orders. Once signed in, go to My Account and click Orders.

3. My orders have not reached me within the agreed timeframe. What happen?
If you have not received a notification from us stating that your order has been shipped within the agreed timeframe, please send us an email by using the enquiries form above. Include the order number and if possible, the items you have ordered.
