Batak Shaman Healing Instrument With Double Heads

This is a tool made by the batak tribes from Sumatra. It is used by healers or shaman in healing ceremonies. Made of wood carved with 2 heads which resembles a twin sharing a mouth. Behind the mouth is a small hallow hole. Very unusual piece.
