Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to ensure that you will receive your items. We ship by Fedex, registered post and other courier services which are traceble. Surface parcels/cargo service are also available for larger items. (please enquire us if you need more details on surface cargo.) All items ship are insured and packed within 2 business days. (For any unclaim package buyer is responsible for the return fee)

Return Policy

At unikaborneo.com — We strive to provide exceptional items with excellent service to our customers. if for any reason that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be return or exchange for a refund or credit within 5 days of delivery.

For returns, please notify us within 5 days upon delivery with photo attached. After 5 days the sale is considered final. Buyer is responsible to return the items in its original condition and bare all the shipping cost and any transaction fees that may be occour. For free shipping items, shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the purchased price. Please note that this return policy is only applicable for our online store only. You may return the item once you receive a return authorization

Please note that all return item has to be properly packed and ship by air using FedEx, DHL or any other traceable courier with insurance and any tax paid. Items accepted for return that has been damaged through misuse, and/or have been tampered with do not qualify for a refund. After you have ship the items, forward us a copy of the receipt and the tracking number for validation. The credit will be issued at the time the return is received in our store.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please notified us within 3 days. We will investigate and compensate accordingly. (We may request buyer to reship the item back depending on solution.) After 5 days, the sale is considered final. Products accepted for return that have been damaged through misuse, and/or have been tampered with do not qualify for a refund/exchange.

Payment

UNIKA BORNEO accepts payment by Credit Cards, Bank Deposit, Wire Transfer and Pay Pal. Upon clear payment, we will notify you by email and usually ship the items within 2 business days. Please be inform that we are not liable for any taxed imposed on your item(s).

The buyer agrees to pay all value added, sales and other taxes related to the Service(s) provided to you hereunder such as money transfer stamp fees, admin fees etc.

Refund

Refunds will be made by unikaborneo.com via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
