Dayak Iban Padi Guardian Agom or Padi God.

Iban tribes keep such figure in their rice hut as guardian or padi god for the safe keeping of their crops. They are carved from a single piece of ironwood with a very adorable figure on top with is hands on its cheeks and eyes made of glass beads which crate a very lively feature of the face. This piece is collected in the 80s and probably made in the early 1900s.
