Old Borneo Wooden Carved Weaving Back Stripe

This exquisite sculptural foamed art piece that look like a small shield is actually a back stripe  for traditional weaving loom. The Dayak tribe of Borneo are well known for the traditional weaving called the Pua kumbu which is normally woven with hand made cotton treads and are woven in a wooden loom.
