Borneo Tun Tun Iban Pig Trap Charm.

Hunting Charm or Tun tun is a measuring stick for hunting and luring wild boar and small animals. The tun tun is alway carved with a squatting figure with it leg open and arms resting on its knees and its hand on its chin this position allows hunter to charge the tun tun with with a charm which is place in between it legs and arms. notice the body of the figure which is carved with a small figure and a reptile on its back and the hat which sit a small aso  figure or reptile on the top. However the piece is broken but still attach. The detail of this piece is very special it this tun tun, Also notice the base of the figure which are carved with a spear with binding and a bow and arrow. Late 20th century.
