Dayak Iban Tuntun Pig Trap Charm.

This tun tun is collected in the 80s from our private collection and is estimate to be from  late 1800s or early 1900s. It has a figure sitting on top which represents a Dutch soldier as identified by the mustache on the feature of the face and also the style of the hat. The Dutch has colonize indonesia and kalimatan for 300 years until 1945 which probably this piece were from that era.  Very interesting about this tuntun is the feature of its face which is ver primitive yet sophisticated with a alien like feature.
