Old Dayak Modang Ancestor Figure Hampatong

Dayak Modang are believe to one of the oldest tribes of the native of Borneo. They are settled on the hills and mountain of the interior of Borneo island. This image with his hat, sitting position on a jar is a representation of a tribes head man. Such image are place in the long house as a house guardian and believe to providence.
